It's exactly what it sounds like. This will alow you to clamp our Kestrel mount to another Picatinny rail in the 3 or 9 o'clock positions and fold it 90* with the finger-adjustable tensioning knob. Also useful to mount any other lightweight Picatinny based accessory. Stainless steel hardware included. FDM printed using a nylon blend plastic.
 
Torque Specs: Use T15 Torx driver, torque to 10in/lbs
