These are professionally manufactured in house using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) — a high-end 3D printing process normally reserved for highly industrial applications.
Unlike common 3D prints (like FDM), SLS uses a precision laser to fuse fine nylon powder, layer by layer, into a single solid part — no weak layer lines, no glues, no supports.
