The Mount

The Mount is the most versatile Kestrel mount on the market today. Custom fit specifically for 5000 series weather meters, holds meter with a firm grip preventing it from easily falling out. The Mount features both built in Arca-Swiss and 1/4-20 threads along with Picatinny rails on either side for further accessory mounting. For example, our data board, universal phone holders or wind flags etc. Paired with our Picatinny swing clamp (not included) you can mount this in the 3 or 9 o'clock positions to any Picatinny rail, then fold for storage and/or clearance. The Mount has a through passage so tether cord does not need to be removed. FDM printed using a nylon blend plastic.

Accidental neglect happens in the field and things break, we get it! We do our best to QC every part for any defects but with all manufacturing, errors can happen. So, if any of our products fail due to accidental neglect or a manufacturing error on our part, email us immediately and we will promptly work things out.
 
*FDM printing will often have visable layer lines/texture on the parts surface, which will not affect performance.
