How it’s made: Industrial-Grade SLS Nylon 3D Printing
 
These are professionally manufactured in house using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) — a high-end 3D printing process normally reserved for highly industrial applications.
Unlike common 3D prints (like FDM), SLS uses a precision laser to fuse fine nylon powder, layer by layer, into a single solid part — no weak layer lines, no glues, no supports.

Incredibly strong, lightweight, and impact-resistant parts
Fully solid construction with uniform strength in every direction
Extremely durable end user parts like injection molding but with almost zero design restrictions
